Q:How long will it take for me to receive my order after it’s processed? 

A:Orders are processed in 2-5 business days depending on volume; during sales, holidays, and new product launches, the processing time will be 5-7 days business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping will take, on average, 1-3 days to deliver.

Q: Do I have to workout to get results? 

A: We highly recommend working out for the best results; but you can shape you waist by eating health and safely waist training without the compression straps for 3-7 hours a day 

Q:I just gave birth; when can I wear the Healthy Waist Band™?

A:We recommend using it 6 weeks postpartum; but please consult with your doctor first.

Q: I've placed an order for the wrong size Healthy Waist Band™,

can I change it?

A: You can change the size of your Healthy Waist Band ™ up to 2 hour after the order is placed.

Q: I received the wrong order, what should I do?

A:All items are inspected before leaving the warehouse so this rarely happens; send us pictures of the order to contactus@niceandhealthfitness.com with 48 hours of delivery.
